Transplanting mature sycamore tree

    Is it possible to transplant a sycamore tree that's around 17 years old without damaging it, it was sown too close to another tree and needs to be moved or cut down. Also what's the best time of year to do this?

    it's not, not without spending a *lot* of money.
    if it's planted too close to another tree, assuming you want to keep both, that almost certainly becomes an impossibility.
