So in no particular order, here are my favourite classical radio stations, starting with Lyric FM (the only classical station available in my car).

Lyric FM
BBC Radio 3
Classic FM
Scala Radio
Linn Classical.

Have you got any favourite classical radio stations?

Scala hits the scale for me at the moment.
Simon Mayo suits the current mood.
BBC Radio 3 is also up there.
Lyric is fine in the evening although the content is not exclusively classical.
Some of the public radio stations in the US feature occasionally.

I discovered Scala about a year ago and I'm really enjoying it. I love the mix of songs they have. I was driving home on Saturday and I recognised the song playing but couldn't place. Closed my eyes for a second (at a red light) to tune in more and muscle memory in my hands started kicking on ... it was a song from Halo, the Xbox games series! Made my weekend

BBC Radio 3. The original and the best. When I’m out of FM coverage I stream it from the BBC Sounds app to my car’s Bluetooth.
