cost for retention of attic and garage

    any ideas of what it would cost for some one to prepare drawings to apply for retention on an attic conversion and a garage? the attic area is quite large, 4 bedrooms and a toilet and the garage is a standard garage for one car. i got a quote from a person who is not registered for vat without the planning fees and it seems a little high.

    2.5k give or take depending on location.

    Get 3 quotes.
