Vodafone Broadband - Nightmare Trying to Move Home

    I am moving home and cannot get hold of Vodafone. I am moving next week.

    - I have tried phoning 3 times and the phone line eventually drops/disconnects after been transferred to the moving home team.
    - I have tried contacting Vodafone on Twitter 3 times and they have promised call backs 3 times and I have got no call back.
    - I emailed their moving home team with the details of the move. No reply but I can see they have already switched me in my online account to a new 18 month contract :mad::mad::mad:

    This is beyond a joke.

    I need broadband next week at my new home. I am half way through an old 12 month contract.

    Should I block the DD and put the modem in the bin and go with a new provider? What would happen?

    Any idea what I should do?

    Contact them through Facebook messenger or the webchat on the app.

    We originally emailed them the moving home details per their website and got the standard response but then nothing for a week or so. Contacted them on Facebook messenger and they arranged the move straight away. The is a guy coming next week to install fibre to home in new house. They are alos sending another modem even thought we already have the gigabox one.
