mywelfare.ie site issues

I had applied for jobseekers before with mywelfare.ie and the application got stuck, and had to email to cancel it, the site is buggy- but in the meantime I had gotten a job.
I am since back out of work and re applied on 9th july.
It's been well over a month now and though the application did change to "under review " about two weeks ago, I have not heard much else.
The site often is very very slow and nothing to do with my end.
I am being patient enough and not too bothered, but makes me think it would've been a lot easier going to the welfare office instead if the site is this bad.
I haven't been on jobseekers in close to 10 years so it was my first time on the mywelfare site.
Has anyone else had similar issues with the site ?

Yes- the site is crap. That is well known.
I gave up on it a long time ago.

Still stuck and they're not great at replying to emails,
I'm just going to go to the branch itself next week, dont see what the point of the site is at this stage.
