Answer the Poll, I've added my spake:

    DELL
    ASUS

Lenovo Laptops don't generate the purest stereo.

I would be interested to hear about HP, having not owned any of the marque.

In the spirit of all the nice posters on boards, votes are public

a poll on a brand is nonsensical.

all brands have laptop models from the low-end to the high-end.

you should set your max budget and research the best within that budget range for your needs -> portability, cpu, ssd, connection ports etc

    e.g. you wouldn't compare a Bmw 1-series with an Audi A8

laptops don't come with specialist sound cards these days as it's all done through software but you can obviously buy usb sound adapters, dacs etc

laptop speakers themselves are generally weak and poor if you thinking about the speakers

As glasso says audio on laptops is not much to shout about. You'll need an external sound card for that. I use a PreSonus Audiobox
