    Hi
I'm looking to purchase a second hand house where there is some, not a lot, of black damp on the walls and at corners near ceilings in 2 bedrooms, also looks like water mark on wall in sitting room (could be just in need of paint)
I'm wondering what is best way to find out how expensive this would be to fix and where is best way to find out?
    Thanks

Water mark on wall would be a concern. Is there a history of flood in the area? Make sure you find out the cause.

Mould on walls / ceiling is of no major concern and should be easily dealt with in general (i.e. not that expensive in the greater scheme of things).
