    I got a tap and die set from screwfix.

    Very simple, and did the job nicely.

    Its not hard to do.

    Saw that but their kits arent in store and i want the job done asap.

    maybe ring one reputable bike shop, it may be a case that even if they don't offer the service, they're more likely than most to know who might.
