Panel is blank, if you press arrow buttons it lights up and a time bar at the bottom mover L to R every 2 seconds, nothing else.

    Panel battery needed?

    Alarm works fine from Mobile.

The system should tell you if a battery needs to be replaced.
Have you tried a full down power (battery and mains) and power back up?

Do you mean tripping the main for a minute and power back up?

Nothing at all comes up on the panel except this bar at the bottom.

I can do this later and get back to you.

You would also need to disconnect the battery also.

If the system is under warranty then Id recommend getting the company that installed it to look at it for you.

The scrolling horizonal bar is a software issue. You should get the panel updated to th latest version.
