I am looking for a better deal on a phone network which has unlimited data. We currently have 4 phones in our household which are all on PAYG with 3three. We are paying 20 euros per phone so looking for a better deal.

So, is there a cheaper and better or on level par service as 3three?

    Thanks

I've been on GOMO since they launched and had zero problems with them. They currently do €12.99 a month for all calls, texts and data. Fair use applies but its effectively unlimited to the average user, unless you're tethering.

The price is the same at 20 euro per month but im on Vodafone X, unlimited data. Really great network. Was with Virgin and you can really notice the faster download on youtube etc.

Thanks for the reply, I actually rarely use my phone for the internet or calls but I do tether it to my laptop. Would it still be worth going over to GoMo?

3three have actually changed prices to 15 euros with a current 10 euro promotion for new customers, and I was thinking of just getting a new number :)

Thanks, I will check them out but I am looking to save on our household bills :) so likely to go with the cheaper one as long as it half decent I am not too worried.

Are there any issues with tethering with them?

    Thanks

    Their fair usage policy:

6.4 The fair usage threshold in relation to data usage for the SIM Only Service is 80GB. Should your data usage exceed 80GB in a billing cycle and we consider that other users are likely to be adversely affected, we reserve the right reduce your speeds . We continuously monitor network performance to ensure that the SIM Only Service received by you is not impacted through a minority of users placing high demand on network resources (e.g. large bandwidths over long periods).

They wont cut you off if you go over 80gb but they will slow you down to be almost unusable.

You might be better off staying with 3 as I've heard they're fairly lenient on heavy data usage.
