    Hey all,

Been on a bit of a fitness buzz this year and have cut out a lot of crap and been exercising a lot.

One thing I do miss is bread and most especially toast!!

Is there any bakerys in Dublin that will do for example almond flour bread or similar? I can't see any advertised online.

    Cheers

Make sure to look at European and *not* US figures for carbohydrate counts in bread as the US counts insoluble fibres as carbohydates. You crap them out untouched, so the sensible half of the world doesn't.

Very high fibre brown breads get stupid figures in the US as a result.
