Does anyone come across a person who is a complete Tyrant.Examples please .

In one restaurant I work in,the kitchen manager thinks he Gordon Ramsey.And is always shouting at staff about quality but he always orders doner kebabs from another restaurant.

Maybe that's because the quality in the restaurant he manages isn't good

Not true!We have all the bells and whistles there.He is just someone who is in a position beyond his abilities and tastes.

I used to work with a warehouse manager who spoke about himself in the third person.
He didn't like me because I "spoke posh stuff".
That is, I didn't sound like him - a turnip dwarf spud-shagger.

I know a shop owner who is a complete Dick..walks around the place like a prison warden.Cant keep managers.His fav thing is to create problems out of thin air but make them out to be a big deal

Being a dope drunk on power is the first sign you arnt ready for a leadership role. A true leader in most jobs sits back and intervenes quietly when needed 95 percent of the time. 5 per cent he may need to have a serious discussion but lads walking around trying to be cool throwing stick, they face mutiny eventually. Dont try create a revolution, the boss before you created this environment, he will get angry if you start trying to change everything right away, sit down relax and slowly steer the ship, if they dont notice you are there it doesnt matter so long as they are going in the right direction.

Guy who roars instead of speaking....demeans people publicly....will just blank you if you need to ask a question.....says things that are inappropriate in a work setting and mixed company ..goes on mad political rants in public..is constantly angry ...sneaks up on me for some reason ...my back was turned he walked into the room and instead of saying hi from the other side of the room like a normal person he walked right up and was right up at my shoulder without me knowing and scared the **** out of me.

Its not just me ...a lot of people have issues with him.


He is also slightly careless with his work.

I work with a Lifer that does nothing but complain about the company and spits toxic **** out to everyone around him. and actually tells everyone how good he is about 5 times a day and pumps himself up by finger pointing and making up crap about other staff members ( supposedly good friends of his) Thinks he is invaluable but place would be far better and nicer without him. Guy is a nut job and believes everything that comes out of his own mouth so much so that it is pointless to argue. Worst I have ever seen and Ive seen some gangsters
