Three Contract Change

I received an email form Three today saying the contract was changing because,

From September 1st the standard VAT rate will temporarily decrease from 23% to 21% as part of the Government COVID relief stimulus package.

From September 1st, your broadband monthly charge and out of bundle charges will reflect the lower VAT rate and these charges will apply until further notice.

I am desperate to get out of my contract and know I can when there is a price increase, but does the above also mean I can cancel?

Unfortunately not, VAT rates are set by government, changes resulting from legislation/regulation etc are excluded from early exit contract clauses.
