    Stand corrected but I think most of the older IH tractors power steering is within the same system as the back end/pto, i.e universal oil - the red stuff.

    ok this is 1994 so power steering, gearbox and back end all the same reservoir and use super universal at back end

    Why are you asking about the power steering. Has it gone heavy/not working?

    AFAIK would not be super universal in those. Hytrans/hydraulic fluid as stated above is much more likely.
    SU can end up causing you all kinds of problems
