Air to water heat pump service

Hi my sister had her air to water heat pump serviced with a <MOD SNIP> <company from> Dublin. She is based in Kilkenny. They wanted €225 for the service but she got them down to €175. They took 25mins to service the heat pump. Does this price and time taken sound about right? Seems a bit steep to me.
