    Hello
Couple of days ago number of Apps (Gmail, Alarm Clock, SatNav) started to crash on Samsung A80, used to work fine since mobile purchased in Nov 2018. The message App stopped working
Plenty of free storage space (20G), not sure about RAM usage. There was no Android update for 2-3 weeks.
Tried to fix each app by a) Clear Data&Cashe and b) uninstall/install, no luck.
    Internet connection is fine.
Thinking about Wipe Cache Partition, before doing that may be there is better fix?
    Thanks

    Try this

    https://www.hardreset.info/devices/samsung/samsung-galaxy-a80/wipe-cache/

Some phones have this option disabled since Android 8.0. Worth a try though.

You press those buttons while turning on the phone, not with the phone already on.

Home is soft button, operates only when phone is on

Just power and vol down while phone is off, continue to press as it turns on until the menu appears
