Smell from external drain

So I have a bad odour like sewage gases coming up from an external drain after water flows into it. There's a couple of drains outside rear of the house taking the flow of waste water from kitchen sink and utility (washing/dryer machines) and the smell is coming from one of these drains.

I recently cleaned the drains with rods and everything appears fine. No evidence of blockage or leaks. Clean water flowing after cleaning.

I'm in an estate. Just wondering could this be gas travelling up pipe from mains on road?? There is a vent at side of house which should prevent this.

    Any advice appreciated. Thanks

You probably have no trap on your washing machine or dishwasher waste pipe. Id imagine a plumber will add one for less than 200 euro.

The smell is outside the house. Rising up from a drain whenever water enters it.

Did you rod out to the main sewer, or lift the main sewer, usually there is a blockage somewhere, could be a bad fall on the pipe leading to a big puddle of dirty water sitting in the pipe each time.

The sewer lads will come out with the camera and diagnose it, but it wont be cheap.

Definitely not a bad fall on the pipe.

I cleaned all pipes around house ....rear and side. Other than a blockage in the mains on the road I don't understand it. I can't access the mains on the road.
