Mortgage Saver - 365

    Hi,

    I recently set up a joint Mortgage Saver account and have tried to have this account added to my 365 profile. I have tried twice through the Manage Accounts option on 365 and waited over 10 business days each time. I also tried the Online Service Desk - however I was told that the account can only be added through the 'Manage Accounts' option on 365.

    Is there another way for the account to be added to my 365 or is there someone I can contact? Is it even possible to add Mortgage Saver accounts to 365 profile?

    Thanks for checking this with us today.

    We're sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulty adding your MortgageSaver account to you 365. You can certainly check why these have not been added yet by logging in on 365online.com and selecting "service desk" > "ask a question". One of our colleagues will be happy to check on this further for you.
