I was recently gifted/left a car to do whatever I want with it. When the owner wes signing the log book they signed there name where they were meant to print in bock capitals and wrote their signature where they were meant to print there name. I hope that makes sense.
I just intend in putting this car into my name.
The address will be the same as the owner, surname, etc( I know I’ve to fill out my details).
    Should I encounter any issues?

The office will see it and understand it, fairly common thing to happen.
