Fridge hissing

We bought a new hisense fridge about 6 months ago. Tonight I just noticed it making a hissing noise, the best way to describe it is it sounds like water dripping on a hot pipe or hot coil. I suppose it's more of a sizzling sound than a hissing sound. It's not constant its intermetante like a drip every few seconds landing…
