Are you cuckoo if you talk to yourself? Or are you cuckoo if you answer yourself? Personally I think your quite sane if you do both. But if you argue with yourself and it leads to you having a punch up with yourself, well then your either off your Meds (or head)or you need Meds (straitjacket)urgently.
