HTML / CSS developer that also does UX?

    Hi we have an app developed in Node with Angular on the front end. The functionality works but the design is very basic as it was done by a non designer. Also the UX / layout isn't so good and needs to be improved.

    We also have branding and logos that were done by a separate person. Again they don't do HTML & CSS, they just defined a color scheme with images and branding etc.

    Can anyone recommend a HTML / CSS developer that would improve the UX / flow / layout of the existing screens, then use our branding to code up the HTML and CSS?

    If anyone has any recommendations or knows someone from Fiverr or something similar online I'd appreciate their details.
