Dishwasher not draining

Any one know how to access the impeller on a Fagor dishwasher LFU-65IT? It's not draining water. Pump ran for a second when I was sponging water out of it so I'm guessing something is just blocking it. I have bicarb and vinegar in it at the moment but thinking ahead to the next step if that doesn't work.

access to the emptying pumps in most dishwashers is by removal of the base plate, Bosch/Siemens are different
