How to check the value of pension?

Firstly, I apologise if this is a basic or ridiculous question.

I worked for about 12 years in Ireland. There were many companies over the years. I have no idea what the pension payments were or who they were paid to.

I no longer live in Ireland.

Is there a way for me to figure out (a) who my pension is with (?) and (b) how much it is currently worth?

    Thank you.

I'd contact your previous employers and ask them.

p.s. You should have been getting annual statements.
