Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

BER Report Waiting Time

    Hi,

    I got a BER assessment done on my house in middle of July by a registered assessor. THe report still has not arrived.

    How long does it take to produce the report?

    what has the assessor said??

    have you paid already?

    if they did the survey in July there is absolutely no excuse not to have it published yet UNLESS they are awaiting information from the client / builder / architect to finalise
