Application for naturalisation Form 8

I've some questions that I've tried to get Citizenship to respond to, but to no avail. They were bad pre-Covid and now they're useless.
Just some context. I'm an 18 year old EU citizen applying for naturalization. Here's a barrage of questions that I have:

In regards to the original of my current passport, does the photocopy of the bio-metric page of the passport have to be in color? Does it have to be certified? Having spent my entire childhood here means I've burnt through half a dozen passports and I don't keep old ones. Will I get away with just a current passport and associated photocopy?

In regards to proofs of residence, I don't have 3 letters for every year despite including school letters and anything I can get my hands on. I have a letter that is on headed paper, signed by the Principal of the
school and detail all dates and years of school attendance. I presume I should include the original and not just a photocopy, right? Would the inclusion of letters addressed to my parents confirm my residence?

In regards to employment, I'm currently working at a hotel as my summer job. This is where it gets tricky. I'm still not sure if I'll continue working or continue my education in 2020, so would it be wise to wait it out before submitting the application? If I'm working at the time of submission I need a letter on headed paper from my current employer as well as 3 recent pay slips, as well as copies of my tax statement. It obviously wouldn't look well if I was studying and apparently I'm working. Probably would be classed a misleading which would make me guilty of an offense.

In regards to bank statements, I'm with Bank of Ireland, who for some reason, won't let me get a statement for each month. Only when I request an up to date one. Although the wording of the form is unclear; "for at least 3 of the previous 6 months. Does this mean that I'm in the clear if I have June and August statements? Or do I need June, July and August statements?

And do any of you guys know where I can get two color passport photographs during a pandemic? Pretty sure those photo booths found in a shopping center are closed(for obvious reasons). Would a local pharmacy be worth a shot?

For Section 5.1 and 5.2, a first date of arrival in Ireland, and a passport number used at that time is needed. I have neither, my parents don't remember the exact day, just the approximate week. I also no longer have that old old passport. What should I do? Could a border authority help me out or would N/A be acceptable? Section 5.3 states "I have entered my residency permission stamps in to the online residency checker and confirm that I satisfy the residency conditions. Since I have to answer all questions, should I tick "no" as it doesn't apply to EU citizens? I've been absent from the State for more than 6 weeks, twice. Both were spent with grandparents. How granular does this "separate sheet" have to be?

I know I might be a little too attentive to detail, but I really don't want to mess anything up. There's a few "if you answered yes" scenarios that don't apply to me. Do I just stick in N/A just to be safe?

I would write a short cover note going with your app explaining that your parents didn't retain your passports from when you were a child

Another good one to get is a GPs letter and ask them to list all your appointments over the last five years. Also your parents would have been getting child benefit, that would count as a proof that you resided here. You could also include proofs from your parents from when you were under 18 (ie their proofs of address like bills etc and a letter from them confirming that you resided with them.

Just put in what applies to you at the time of application. As I said above if you want to write a short cover note to go with the application you can explain your circumstances there

Although the wording of the form is unclear; "for at least 3 of the previous 6 months. Does this mean that I'm in the clear if I have June and August statements? Or do I need June, July and August statements? three months in the last six months. So if you have statements covering the period from May to July you are fine.

And do any of you guys know where I can get two color passport photographs during a pandemic? Pretty sure those photo booths found in a shopping center are closed(for obvious reasons). Would a local pharmacy be worth a shot? a pharmacy should manage it

How granular does this "separate sheet" have to be? I presume you were a small child when you first arrived. Put the date in to the best of your knowledge and write "unknown, my parents did not keep this passport". You don't have to do the online checker as an EU citizen- write n/a next to it. 5.6 relates only to absences in the last 5 years. Only absences in the last year for 6 weeks or more will affect your application. The separate sheet just needs to be a list- put a heading of "absences in last five years" and put approximate dates- purpose of absence: Spend time in X with my grandparents. As long as you weren't gone for 6 months etc, or did a year of school anywhere else in the last 5 years, I don't expect these will affect your application

    Answers in bold above. :)

Copies of your passport are not adequate. You need to send in the actual passport with the application.
