I have had a tag with Easytrip for years. Having bought a new car in early July, I've been trying to get a tag holder from them. Despite several emails, filling in the form on their website and actually speaking to someone a couple of weeks ago they have not responded. Their website says their phone lines are open from 8am-6pm (fairly normal business hours) but I've just called them 4:40pm and they say they are closed, with no information in the recording on when they are actually open.

Are they going down the tubes?
Are any of the other tag companies capable of doing straightforward business and I'll change over?

Same here. I was over charged recently. Contacted them last week, no response

Had an issue with eflow lately (not their fault - change of ownership on two cars and journeys made by previous and future owners charged to my video account) and they picked up the phone in a minute.

They do tags for other roads, not just m50.

Always excellent to deal with. Never used their tags, though, but for customer service they are great to deal with.

Absolutely stonewall silence since I was advised that the battery was gone on my tag. Requested replacement, but weeks later, NOTHING!

I got an Eflow tag, they sent it out with a holder without any delay and it works fine. I haven't plucked up the enthusiasm to cancel my Easytrip account yet as no doubt this will not be easy.

    Is eFlow M50 only?

No, all tags work on all tolls. eFlow have a video account option however, which is M50 only which you might be thinking of.

eFlow doesn’t work on the Limerick tunnel I think. Or it didn’t used to anyway.

    It does. It always did.

I have an Easytrip tag and any time the battery wears out or there's a fault reading the device at the toll stations, I call to the kiosk in the median at the East Link, they give me a new one there and then.

    Is that not Eflow?

I've never been with eFlow, have Eazypass statements going back to 2004. My monthly statements still show my old Eazypass account number alongside the newer Easytrip account number. The guys at the East Link have handed me a new Easytrip tag.

If I had known that I wouldn't have had this thread, but there is no reference to East Link on the Easytrip website, as far as I can see.

Hardly surprising they don’t encourage callers when there’s only space for about two cars to park and the office is tiny.
