Strange VM setup

Hi all. I'm at the in-laws house and they've recently gotten an Echo Dot. Been a few instances of it dropping the WIFI connection and refusing to connect.
Decided I'd log into the VM Hub3.0 to see if there's anything obvious I could try in the settings.
First strange thing is the 192.168.0.1 address (as per the sticker on the hub) was a deadend. wouldn't load.
Used ipconfig and loaded up the default gateway I found there, which is a Horizon admin panel. See the attached image for how it looks.
This is completely different from the panel on my own Hub3.0 and I'm not familiar with it.
Anybody have any insight as to why this older looking Horizon panel is the default gateway instead of the Hub3.0 I'm used to?
Still haven't been able to get the Echo Dot working either.

To update: I released and renewed my ipconfig and that restored access to the VM Hub.
Seems that for some reason before this I could only access the Horizon WiFree control panel.
Managed to seperate out the SSID for 2.4ghz and 5ghz and got the Echo Dot connected again to the 2.4ghz network.
Hopefully that's the end of the problems.
