This electric tool is available again in Lidl for €30. I’m in two minds to buy it.
I hand sharpen my chains and I suppose I do a pretty good job. However, when, the older the chains get and the more they are sharpened, the cutters tend to develop different lengths for a variety of reasons. I’m wondering if I should buy this to even them up?

I have one, or a similar one, it’s essential.

I don’t have one, but if you’re poor at hand sharpening, buy it.

I don’t have one, but if you can hand sharpen, why bother?
