    Hey there,
Just looking for a little advice. Working at home and trying to figure out Noise cancellation headphones. I heard that some block out ALL external noise.
Basically working at home and can't concentrate with baby (Mama is minding baby). So just want headphones on playing maybe a blank noise track. I was told by someone that on a plane, his pair blocked out all noise.

    So I bought these
    https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0851C5KLV/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Good but I can hear the external sounds clearly? I am trying to play blank tracks too to see the effect, is that what I should do.
I read about the tech but can't actually hear any benefit ? Am I missing something obvious? Doesn't seem to work at all.

    Thanks
    Alan.

    Sorry for the simple question.

In order to get good ANC then you have to be prepared to pay for it. Those cheap Chinese brand headphones on Amazon ain't worth it.

Go for something like the Sony 1000XM3's or the Bose QC 35 II's. Pricey but worth every penny on sound quality and ANC.

On a side note, you're not going to get ANC that blocks out absolutely everything.

    Thanks a lot.
Can't afford like 300+ So my research has led me to

    Anker Q20 €60
    Taotronics Soundcore 55 €110

The best cheaper option - so got both and will sell the lesser of the two.

The Soundcore 55 apparently has sony chip from the good sony ones.

    thanks a mil.
I would get either of those too but there is a budget!
