Vodafone Broadband Install

Trying to get Vodafone to install broadband in a home I've moved to and it's been an absolute nightmare. Made the order three weeks ago and the engineer was sent to Kilkenny because apparently the D07 postcode I gave was there.
I've been on to them for nearly 13 hours in the phone since then and they can't seem to fix the issue, saying they can't send an engineer out until they fix the address in their system. This internal process seems to be taking forever. I find them good for mobile internet but this customer is so bad I'm really turned off going with them.
I've been told a manager will ring me back several times but I've never got the call back (that was two weeks ago, and every time I ring they say they'll call me in 24hrs). I'm so frustrated- I don't know how to get them to prioritise my case?

Buddy of mine had the same problem with Eir for about 3months. He lives in a rural area of Cork but the Eircode was showing up on their system as being in a town about 80miles away. Took weeks to sort. Strange to have this issue with 2 separate companies. Have worked as a courier and never had a single issue with Eircode

Did u get this resolved? They advised me to get an ARD code from EIR who told me as I am not a customer they do not have this information. Just totally lost. Don’t know where to go from her.

Having issues with Vodafone too. A month ago we got sent out the modem, it was meant to literally just be plug it in and then let them know it is done and they will turn on the broadband. Nothing but BS from them on the support about looking into the issue.
