Virgin - Getting in touch

I've been trying and failing to get in touch with virgin media about a bill issue - I've been kept on hold for well over an hour and then kicked off without speaking to anyone. I've tried the whatsapp etc but they keep telling me to try 1908. Any other ideas? (Not social)

Sadly Ringing is the best option
Virgin annoy me!
they send a lot of these surveys
and all i want to reply is - stop hiking up the price
surely under moores law things should get faster and cheaper not slower and more expensive
i basically just want BB and they keep trying to sell additional services
