Outlook App-Wont sync

    Just downloaded the outlook app on a new phone I have bought and whereas I can connect my Google account I cant see any emails.
    I cant send or receive new mails either.

    Outlook account still working fine on old phone/laptop so it's an issue with new phone.

    I've tried resetting the account to no avail.

    It's also a work email btw.
