Thickness of exterior walls

Hi. I'm just trying to measure out an extension we're thinking of getting done, and we're trying to figure out what the interior space would be at the end of it being done. I know modern building standards mean a lot more insulation on walls than would have been done in the past. For a standard exterior wall, what will the overall thickness be from outside to inside, by the time insulation & plastering is applied?
    Thanks

    I would assume 350mm

    100mm outer leaf
    150mm full fill cavity insulation
    100mm inner leaf
