Hard water drinking tap

    I have a water softening system in my house. But have a hard water drinking tap with a push lever. The drinking tap lever is broken and water is freely flowing. How can I turn this tap off??? There seems to be nothing under the sink.

    There's probably something where this taps tees off at the water softener. If not you will need to turn off your mains until sorted.

    Try giving installer a buz, maybe send him a text first to let him know that you dont expect a call out. Better chance he'll answer.
