HKC GSM Q not sending alarms

    I have a HKC alarm system with a GSM Q card installed. I have a 2G Three GSM card installed and until a couple of weeks ago, everything worked fine. Recently, while testing my alarm I noticed that no text messages are sent during an alarm. Strangely, the system still responds normally to the SMS command (status, log, arm/disarm, etc).

    Nothing has happened or changed with my system (as far as I know)

    I have the engineer code and tried enabling messages for other events (arm, errors, etc) but still no messages.

    Has anyone else experienced this? Or have any advice for troubleshooting?
