Just came across my feed. Every year the American Association of State Troopers has a photo contest for best-looking cruiser. Winners get bragging rights and the top 13 go on a calendar, they often get professional cameramen in setups and the likes, though on occasion a trooper just happens to snap a good photo when he's out and about and that gets submitted as well, such as last year's winner. Oftentimes the setting has to make up for the color scheme, as the cruisers normally are a set colour by tradition (Or in the case of Connecticut, there is no colour scheme: They only drive unmarked silver cars)

Still, there are some pretty nice photos. Here's 2020 winner.

    Last year went to Nebraska.

    I can't find the entries for 2020, but here's 2019

For whatever reason, one or two states don't submit entries any particular year. If nothing else, it's a good way to know what to look out for when you're driving around the US. I note that Nevada has just changed its scheme from a fairly pretty midnight blue to an equally pretty silver.

    North Carolina did well.
