Trying to find colour code on 2010 BMW 316 d

    Can someone possibly advise me where in the name of sweet lord lantern jesus I can find the colour code for my BMW??
    Nothing is ever straightforward with BMW - I tried the usual haunts but of course.....no !
    Inside driver door ,under the bonnet etc
    This should be bloody straightforward instead of an audition for the Da Vinci code !!!

    Bottom of the B-pillar on drivers side between front and rear doors, there should be a sticker there with the VIN, weights and engine code. At the bottom of it, the paint colour should be written also as well as the code over on the left side of it. Sticker should look like this one:
