    hi guys
i applied for a job with a well known recruitment Agency and my CV was accepted for the role , we then went for 4 Online Aptitude Tests which used a 3rd party company to take the test as my skills are poor in this area and i really wanted the Role (unknown to the recruitment agentcy), the 3rd party company Subsequently failed the test on a 99% percent advertised Pass on Aptitude tests , they then explained i will need a print out or proof that the Aptitude test was failed to receive a full Refund.

i have asked The Company who organised the tests for a full print out of the Aptitude test and they replied "Good practice would be not to send the results as they should only be read by a qualified practitioner "

what are my options now , should i see a Solicitor ?

OP, are you saying you paid someone to take the test for you?

This has just got to be a wind up.....

Trying to sue a company for a document that shows you failed their test, so you can get a refund from the company you paid to impersonate you in taking the test in the first place!

Even if it was allowed to go to court, the press would have a field day reporting on it and your name would be dirty to say the least. Not to mention that since they are not actually your results, they'd probably be unable to give your the report in any case under GDPR rules. I expect the company offer the test taking service know very well that the chances of you getting the required report are pretty well zero.

If this is serious, which I very much doubt, then learn the lesson and in any case if you're able to pass tests, then is is unlikely that you'll survive very long in the company before being found out.

OP, move on and be grateful you weren't caught out. Take the test yourself next time.

Except they are not your results, now are they? Time to learn from your mistakes and move on.
