Virgin connection issue

    I'm wondering if anyone has come across this problem, area was recently upgraded to fibre by virgin, but when I try to setup an account sales are saying no TV is available just 500mb broadband, no horizon or new 360 can be added.

    They can't figure it out themselves and the best a team lead could come back with was that the area wasn't upgraded yet, despite some neighbours already being connected.

    Has similar happened anyone else?
