If a business qualified for the TWSS but has now returned to normal trading levels is it still entitled to avail of the TWSS for the duration of the scheme or must it exit the scheme when trading returned to normal?
Cant find an answer to same in the guidance..
    Thanks

The qualifying period is Quarter 2 2020. There are many companies who have returned to (near) normal and are extracting all they can from the scheme. While others stopped using the scheme as soon a business picked up enough to pay the staff.

When is the money (including lost growth) Michael Noonan took in the Pension Levy going to be paid back?
