    Hi,

I've just got a Yi home camera 1080p, and I'm not able to get it set up. I'm using a virgin media hub 3.0 and it refuses to connect. I've tried turning off the 5ghz network, bit still not connecting. Anyone have any suggestions?

    Thanks

I think Yi have Asian and European firmware and if you have an Asian firmware it won't connect here, happened to me years ago, just google a new firmware and should work

I’ve a Yi that was flawless for years and in the last couple of weeks it can’t be connected either. From the subscription options they seem to have changed hands.

Did you get them to work?
I have two of the 1080p and they work on app Yi Home 4.70.4_2020006

They also work on my laptop.

    Hope that helps.
