    Hi

Some questions about this. I got an appointment at the ndls centre for tomorrow. Is it acceptable to print out and fill in the D401 form. If not is the form available at the post office?
Clear as mud as to what to bring! Much easier if you're renewing your licence.

I have a public services card but my Irish passport is expired. Can I print out a bank statement etc as further proof of identity or does it have to be something that came in the post.

I guess the basic question is, is printing allowed?

I did this last year and as far as i remember I just printed it off and filled it in
one thing that confused me as the site where I was looking at what to bring didn't mention an eye sight test so I had to scramble off to quickly get one that day

Omg, do I need a new eye sight test?

Husband applied for his last week. Didn't need to bring anything other than his certificate for passing, the filled in form and his PSC card. He wasn't changing any details on his licence. You don't need a new eyesight form only if you no longer need to wear glasses or now do need to wear them.

Oh and they're only accepting payment via card at the moment, no cash.
