Adapter to angle TV?

We have a fixed TV bracket for a PC monitor, which can't be moved or replaced, but at the moment the screen is fixed in such a way that people have to view it at a skewed angle from where they're sitting. Is there any adapter that can fit into an existing bracket to enable us to angle the TV a bit better?
