Time for an upgrade

My trusty old PC is starting to creak around the edges so it's time for an upgrade. I think I will just go for a CPU/MB/RAM for now and keep everything else. My main use will be for gaming, mainly 1080p but my monitor is 2560 x 1440.

    Current build:
    CPU: Intel i5 4440, Socket 1150
    MB: Asrock B85 Pro4
    RAM: 16 Gb DDR3
    GPU: GTX 1070 8GB
    SSD: Crucial M4 256 GB
HD: 1 TB, 500 GB, 1 TB (USB)
    Monitor: Dell Ultrasharp U2515H
    PSU: XFX PRO 550W
    Case: Corsair Carbide 200R

My budget would be around 300 Euro - I spotted a deal earlier on Hotukdeals for an ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING Motherboard + Ryzen 3600 CPU Bundle AMD Socket AM4 for around 250 Euro - good deal or not?

Deal is pretty good. The CPU is about 165e (cheapest you'll find probably). So it's saving 20-30e maybe.

At this stage it would be good to get a B550 board so you could upgrade in a few years to Ryzen 4th gen. I have the 3600 and it's great.
