    Hi
I have insulated my house with 100mm cavity insulation in a timber frame house and made air tight. Should I just slab with 12mm board or will I need 50mm insulated board. I know the new standard is 150mm of insulation but I don't like stuffy temperatures in houses.

    Will a 100mm be ok?

whats your ventilation strategy which is the key to stuffiness?
    .
airtightness and insulation are two different issues

How do you know it is airtight?

    Is this a self build?
