Parking at Custom House Quay

I'm staying in the Hilton at Custom House Quay on Monday and Tuesday night. The hotel website says that they've got public parking for €18.90 per day, which seems a bit expensive.

Any recommendations for safe parking a short walk from the hotel?

Its the city centre - that's not a bad price

There is some on-street parking within walking distance that might be available if you turn up in the evening. On/adjcent to Sheriff Street.

That's basically it - all other secure carparks are dearer, you're getting a hotel discounted rate there.

Connolly station car park would be cheaper

Connolly car park is far from safe and is now a building site also.

Wasn't aware it was a building site. Haven't used it since Christmas

    Thanks for the replies.

Ended up using the IFSC car park as recommended by the hotel. It's more or less attached to the hotel which is handy for getting things out of the car. There's a 50% discount for guests so €38 for two nights instead of €76.
