You're looking at a very limited range. Even PCWorld have a very limited stock in store. Value isn't bad, it's absolutely terrible. Do you need a monitor etc. or just the base unit?

Just base unit, tried looking on there website before heading but nothing much there but I know they do sometimes have units instore that's not on there site so was going to chance it.

Is the in stock 'Gaming PC'. You would get so much more from a PC builder like CCL but you'd be waiting a bit.

Edit: Seems it's not in stock in Dublin.

Only thing I can suggest is get the best GPU you can. You really want a 2060 Super or better. Not the standard 2060. CPU wont matter that much if it's a 10th Gen Intel i5 or above or better value an AMD 3000 range CPU (3600, 3700X etc.)

build one, you will have a much better pc even if you threw a few bucks at someone to put it together for you if you are nervous !

pre built is a waste of money

Dell New G5 Gaming €1100 (equivalent home build - €1025)

    Can be shipped by Monday.

    Buy extra RAM, e.g. https://eu.crucial.com/.

Pre-built is not a waste of money. Buying bad value/over-priced PC's certainly is, but there are a ton of online retailers offering extremely competitive prices if you know what to look for.

Nothing wrong whatsoever with buying pre-built once you're well informed. It's not uncommon to get a good deal where a pre-built ends up being cheaper than it would cost to build the same machine.

Example here. Ryzen 3600, 16GB DDR4, SSD, GTX1660 Super - £600 at time of posting.

Went with a pre made on CCL shadow hawk build, priced everything up on pickers and was pretty slimier for what i got.
