Brooks runners - true to size?

I fancy a pair of Brooks Ricochet shoes (their shoe chooser thingy recommends them for me) and was wondering how reliable their UK sizes are?
I have been using New Balance for the last couple of years and fancy a change, normally with NB I've ordered a size up from my normal casual wear shoes.

    Any advice?
