    Hi all,
Got back into running recently and just about finished the c210K for about the 10th time! After taking about 14 weeks and am enjoying it.

Problem is my lower neck is really starting to give me trouble. Could only manage 2.5 miles before the pain got too much.

Only really started giving me problems in the last 2 or 3 weeks. I suppose i should go see a Physio but have anyone encountered something like this before?

Medical advice is against the forum charter.

Cervical neck pain can come from a range of things And as you say "you should probably go see a physio"

I'm sure if you give the area you're living in some one can recommend one in or around that area.

I have a clinic based in Clonmel specialising in running gait and posture. But I understand if you don't want to travel.

Waterford based guys I'd recommend are Ciaran Power or Dean Roche.

Don't mind traveling, what's the name of your clinic, thanks
